在提取分离生药有效成分(如生物硷、甙类等)的过程中,为了使不耐热的成分不致破坏,常用减压蒸溜装置于低温蒸除或回收溶媒,以达缩小体积,便于下一步操作的目的。此类装置文献上已介绍过不少,但仍有受热时间长或效率不高、操作不便等缺点。笔者参阅了“实验室用管状薄膜蒸发器”一文,认为很有可取之处,唯该装置系特别设计加工制作的,一般单位不易获得,而且该装置还有不便连续操作的缺点。根据该文原理,参考有关文献,装置成多管薄膜蒸发器,经使用效果尚称满意,今将该装置介绍如下:
