目的 观察原发性肾病综合征 (PNS)患儿血小板活化状态的变化并探讨复方丹参滴丸 (CSDP)的临床疗效。方法 将 42例PNS患儿随机分为CSDP组 2 2例和对照治疗组 2 0例 ,选择 2 0例门诊健康体检小儿为正常组。CSDP组予CSDP ,学龄前儿童每次 3粒 ,学龄儿童每次 5粒 ,均每日 3次 ,两组均同时服用强的松 2mg/(kg·d) ,治疗 8周 ,治疗前后采用ELISA法检测血浆α 颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 140 )水平 ,并观察血小板计数变化 ,及蛋白尿转阴、水肿消退时间。结果 治疗前 ,CSDP组、对照组血浆GMP 140水平明显高于正常组 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗后 ,CSDP组蛋白尿转阴、水肿消退时间较对照组明显缩短 (P<0 0 5 ,P<0 0 1) ,同时GMP - 140较对照组显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ,与正常组无差别 (P >0 0 5 ) ,对照组部分患儿GMP - 140水平仍高于正常组 (P <0 0 5 )。血小板计数差异则无显著性。结论 PNS患儿存在血小板的活化 ,CSDP可抑制PNS患儿血小板活化功能的异常而改善症状、缓解PNS的发生发展
Objective To observe the changes of platelet activation in children with primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) and to investigate the clinical efficacy of compound Danshen dripping pills (CSDP). Methods Totally 42 children with PNS were randomly divided into two groups: CSDP group (22 cases) and control group (20 cases). Twenty healthy children were selected as normal group. CSDP CSDP, preschool children each time three, school-age children each time five, three times a day, both groups were taking prednisone 2mg / (kg · d) for 8 weeks before and after treatment with ELISA Method to detect the plasma level of α-granule membrane protein (GMP-140), and to observe the change of platelet count and the time of proteinuria negative and edema. Results Before treatment, the level of plasma GMP 140 in CSDP group and control group was significantly higher than that in normal group (P <0.01). After treatment, the proteinuria in CSDP group was longer than that in control group (P <0.05) , P <0.01), while the GMP - 140 level was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01), but no difference with the normal group (P> 0.05). The GMP - 140 level in some children in the control group was still higher than that of the control group Normal group (P <0 05). Differences in platelet count were not significant. Conclusion There is platelet activation in children with PNS, CSDP can inhibit the abnormalities of platelet activation in children with PNS and improve the symptoms and alleviate the occurrence and development of PNS
