温度、溶解氧及pH值协同作用下高强度钢的腐蚀行为研究

通过正交试验法和动电位扫描技术对温度、溶解氧、p H值等因素共同作用下X80钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为进行研究。结果表明:温度、溶解氧和p H值对X80管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中腐蚀行为的影响较大。随着温度的升高,X80钢的腐蚀电流密度逐渐增大;随溶解氧含量的不断降低,试样的腐蚀电流密度明显减小;随溶液p H值的升高,试样的腐蚀电流密度呈逐渐减小的趋势。溶解氧对X80钢的腐蚀性影响最大,而温度对金属的腐蚀性影响相对最小。 The corrosion behavior of X80 steel in simulated solution of Korla soil was studied by orthogonal test and potentiodynamic scanning technique under the combined action of temperature, dissolved oxygen and p H values. The results show that temperature, dissolved oxygen and p H have a great influence on the corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in simulated solution in Korla soil. With the increase of temperature, the corrosion current density of X80 steel gradually increases. With the decreasing of dissolved oxygen content, the corrosion current density of the sample decreases obviously. With the increase of solution pH value, the corrosion current density Showing a decreasing trend. Dissolved oxygen has the greatest impact on the corrosiveness of X80 steel, while the temperature has the least effect on the corrosion of metals.
