[目的]研究复方虫草灵芝制剂缓解体力疲劳作用。[方法]动物选用ICR小鼠,每批动物按体量随机分为低、中、高(0.166、0.333、1.000g/kg)3个剂量组和1个阴性对照组,每组10只。每天灌胃1次,连续经口给予受试物30d后,分别进行负重游泳试验、血清尿素测定、肝糖原测定和血乳酸测定。[结果]中、高剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间(sec)(分别为850±80、771±125)长于对照组(657±116),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低、中、高3个剂量组肝糖原含量(mg/100g)(分别为1347±50、1852±134、1638±580),高于对照组(1275±306),其中中剂量组肝糖原含量与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低、中、高3个剂量组小鼠运动时血乳酸曲线下面积(mmol/L)(89.49±18.86、95.26±17.64、83.04±17.12)小于对照组(123.03±19.31),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而各剂量组小鼠运动时血清尿素水平与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]提示本品能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,增加小鼠肝糖原的含量和减少血乳酸曲线下面积;复方虫草灵芝制剂在本实验条件下具有缓解体力疲劳的作用。
[Objective] To study the effect of compound Cordyceps ganoderma preparation on relieving physical fatigue. [Methods] Animals were selected as ICR mice. Each batch of animals was randomly divided into three groups of low, medium and high (0.166, 0.333, and 1.000 g/kg) doses and one negative control group, with 10 animals in each group. After gastric gavage once a day for 30 days, the weight-bearing swimming test, serum urea assay, liver glycogen assay, and blood lactate assay were performed. [Results] The weight-bearing swimming time (sec) in the medium- and high-dose group was 850±80 and 771±125, respectively, longer than that in the control group (657±116). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The hepatic glycogen content (mg/100g) was higher in the high-dose group (1347±50, 1852±134, 1638±580, respectively) than in the control group (1275±306). The hepatic glycogen content in the middle-dose group was similar to that of the control group. The difference between the control group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05); the area under the curve of blood lactate during exercise (mmol/L) in the low, middle and high dose groups (89.49±18.86, 95.26±17.64, 83.04±17.12 )Compared to the control group (123.03±19.31), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum urea levels during exercise between mice in each dose group compared with the control group (P>0.05). . [Conclusion] It is suggested that the product can prolong the time of weight-bearing swimming, increase the content of hepatic glycogen in mice and reduce the area under the curve of blood lactate. Compound Cordyceps ganoderma preparation can relieve physical fatigue under the experimental conditions.
