不住院化学疗法是控制结核病流行的一个重要措施,是结核病治疗学上的一个巨大变革。由于高效、强力的杀灭结核菌的化学药物相继问世,不住院化学疗法已经在逐步地取代于旧的传统疗法。根据国内外有关文献报导,住院与不住院治疗效果是一致的,其关键在于能否使病人按“化疗原则”合理地使用抗结核药物,坚持用药全程。因此要达到不住院化疗的目的,全面监督下用药是必由之路,它的优越性表现在: (1)控制传染。可减少对易感者的威胁。 (2)保证疗效。被监督用药的病人,可根据医师制定的化疗方案,完成全程治疗,其治愈率显著高于非监督组。
Chemotherapy without hospitalization is an important measure to control the epidemic of tuberculosis and is a tremendous change in the treatment of tuberculosis. Because of the success of highly effective and powerful chemical agents that kill TB, non-hospital chemotherapy has been gradually replacing old traditional therapies. According to reports from domestic and foreign literature, the effect of hospitalization and non-hospitalization is the same. The key lies in whether patients can use anti-tuberculosis drugs reasonably according to the principle of chemotherapy and stick to the whole process of medication. Therefore, to achieve the purpose of not being hospitalized and chemotherapy, drug administration under the overall supervision is the only way, its superiority manifests in: (1) Control of infection. Can reduce the threat to the susceptible. (2) to ensure efficacy. The patients who are under the supervision of medication can complete the whole treatment according to the chemotherapy plan formulated by the doctor and the cure rate is significantly higher than that of the non-supervised group.
