随着我国实施西部大开发战略的进一步推进和中部地区的迅速崛起,中西部地区已成为国内外商家投资的热土,从而极大地推动着云南贸易经济的快速发展。因此,作为云南省的重要经济体,特别是云南工业经济的发祥地和老工业基地的红河州,如何发挥自身优势,加快发展加工贸易经济,大力实施“走出去”发展战略,是当前红河州国民经济发展战略体系中亟待研究、探索的重大现实课题。
With the implementation of the strategy of western development in our country and the rapid rise of the central region, the central and western regions have become the hot spots for investment by domestic and foreign businessmen, which has greatly promoted the rapid development of Yunnan’s trade and economy. Therefore, as an important economy in Yunnan Province, especially in Honghe Prefecture, the cradle of Yunnan’s industrial economy and the old industrial base, how to exert its own advantages, speed up the development of processing trade economy and vigorously implement the development strategy of “going out” is the current Honghe State economic and social development strategy in urgent need of research and exploration of major practical issues.
