北京市某水厂φ2.0M混凝土输水管线是迄今管径最大、管线很长的一条输水管。该管线穿越某河段系采用倒虹方案,业于1979年1月31日竣工。在开始施工前,对该段工程有两种方案可以采用,即倒虹和管桥。现该工程虽已竣工,但作为学术上的讨论,现仅就水力学观点对过河方案提出一些看法。一、理论基础:
