目的探讨经营抽验不合格医疗器械行为如何处罚问题。方法通过对处罚经营抽验不合格医疗器械案例进行分析。结果与结论目前针对处罚经营不合格医疗器械行为的法律法规尚有不足。应依据《医疗器械监督管理条例》,具体案例具体分析,有效解决经营不合格医疗器械案例的正确处罚问题,确保医疗器械的安全、有效,确保人民群众的健康安全。
Objective To explore how to penalize the behavior of non-conforming medical devices in business operation. Methods The paper analyzes the cases of unqualified medical devices by the punishment management. Results and Conclusions The current laws and regulations on the punishment of unqualified medical devices are still inadequate.
