石化项目的能源消耗量很大,在项目前期对其进行科学的节能评估有利于从源头提高能源的利用率。能源网络图作为国家或地区能源统计数据分析的有效工具,在石化项目的节能评估中未曾应用。本文针对石化项目的用能特点,基于能量平衡的原理建立了石化项目的能源网络图,详细阐述了网络图在能量利用各环节中的建立原则、能量平衡方法和计算结果。结果表明,能源网络图能够直观地展示整个项目的能量流动全貌,并揭示各环节的能源利用效率和水平,是评价项目节能技术先进性的有效方法。运用此方法计算出该项目能最利用率为67.72%,表明其整体用能水平达到了先进国家水准。
The petrochemical project consumes a lot of energy, and conducting a scientific assessment of its energy conservation in the early stage of the project will help increase the utilization of energy from the source. Energy Network Diagram as an effective tool for analyzing energy statistics in a country or region has not been applied in the energy saving assessment of petrochemical projects. In this paper, according to the energy utilization characteristics of petrochemical projects, an energy network diagram of petrochemical projects is established based on the principle of energy balance. The principle of establishing, the energy balance method and the calculation results of network diagrams in various aspects of energy utilization are elaborated. The results show that the energy network diagram can visually display the whole energy flow of the whole project and reveal the energy efficiency and level of each link, which is an effective way to evaluate the project’s energy-saving technology. Using this method to calculate the project can be the most efficient use of 67.72%, indicating that the overall level of energy consumption has reached the advanced national standards.
