作者报告了1例经纹身针传播的丙型肝炎病人。患者男,4O岁,已婚,既往无医疗史。1989年10月因持续数周出现嗜睡和腹泻而就诊。患者无黄疸史,血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)中度升高(122IU/L,正常<40),而包括胆红素在内的其它肝功能试验均正常。1991年1月患者再次就诊,表现为单项血清ALT升高。ALT为157~239IU/L,胆红素13~22μmol/L(正常<22),碱性磷酸酶119~137IU/L(80~250),白蛋白623~702μmol/L(550~750),γ-谷氨酰肽酶
