20世纪90年代中期至今,电脑技术与互联网事业的飞速发展,给整个社会带来焕然一新的变化,这涉及到政治、经济、社会生活、文化、学术的各个层面,而且影响还在日益扩大。其中与文化、学术事业直接关联的电子文献和电子文献检索,一经产生,就对延续千年的图书馆工作造成很大的挑战,不得不直面应对,做出电子资源方面的建设。对此,学术界已经多所讨论和采取了不少措施。本文不拟分析上述较为宏观的问题,仅从中国历史研究者个人运用电子文献检索和史料查阅的角度,谈谈其学术上的功能和利弊。
Since the mid-1990s, the rapid development of computer technology and Internet has brought about a brand-new change to the whole society. It involves political, economic, social life, culture and academic aspects, and its influence is still expanding. Among them, electronic literature and electronic document retrieval, which are directly related to culture and academic affairs, have posed great challenges to the extension of the library in the past thousands of years and forced to deal directly with the construction of electronic resources. In this regard, the academic community has discussed more and taken a lot of measures. This article does not intend to analyze the above-mentioned more macroscopic problems, but to talk about its academic functions and pros and cons from the point of view of using the electronic literature retrieval and historical materials only by individual Chinese historians.
