利用电阻测定法研究了黑心病对采后菠萝果肉组织电阻值的影响,发现黑心病果实的果肉组织电阻值小于健康果实的果肉组织。有黑心病的菠萝其果肉组织电阻值的减少随着病害严重程度的增加而增加。应用电阻测定法能够测出一个完整的、带有黑心病的采后菠萝果实内部果肉组织电阻值的这种减少。因此,电阻测定法是一个迅速的、灵敏的和简便的采后菠萝黑心病病果的诊断方法。
The effect of black heart disease on postharvest pineapple flesh tissue resistance was studied by resistance assay. The results showed that the flesh tissue resistance value of black heart disease fruit was less than that of healthy fruit pulp. The decrease of the resistance value of the pulp tissue of pineapple with black heart disease increases with the severity of the disease. This reduction in the electrical resistance of the internal pulp tissue of post-harvest pineapple fruit can be measured using resistance assays. Therefore, the resistance assay is a rapid, sensitive and simple method for the diagnosis of pineapple black heart disease.
