由长江科学院作为主办单位之一的第九届河湖治理与水生态文明发展论坛于2017年4月7日-9日在西安顺利召开,本次论坛云集了王浩院士、刘昌明院士、夏军院士等著名学者和专家。长江科学院陈进副院长带领水资源综合利用研究所、水土保持研究所和流域水环境研究所等青年职工参加了此次论坛。论坛上,陈进副院长以“长江的生态红线及保护对策”为题作了大会报告,从长江面临的主要问题、长江的生态红线、长江的保护对策3个方面,进行了详细的阐述,并与参会学者进行了交流讨论,现场气氛热烈。水土保持研究所张冠华撰写的论文“湿地恢复
The 9th Forum on the Management of Lake and Lake Eco-civilization and the Development of Ecological Civilization, one of the organizers of which is hosted by the Yangtze River Science Academy, was successfully held in Xi’an on April 7 to 9, 2017. This forum gathered academician Wang Hao, Academician Liu Changming, Academician and other famous scholars and experts. Chen Jin, vice president of the Yangtze River Academy of Sciences led the Institute of Comprehensive Utilization of Water Resources, Institute of Soil and Water Conservation and the Institute of Water Environment, and other young workers attended the forum. On the forum, Vice President Chen Jin made a report on the theme of ”The Ecological Red Line of the Yangtze and Measures for Protection“ and made a detailed report on the major issues facing the Yangtze River, the ecological red line of the Yangtze River and the protection measures of the Yangtze River.
