目的探讨小鼠髓系树突状细胞(BMDC)共刺激分子疱疹病毒侵入介体(HVEM)表达的变化。方法将促DC成熟活化因子LPS、TNF-α、2A抗体、1c10抗体和免疫负性调节因子IL-10加入到各组BMDC中,观察BM-DC上HVEM表达的变化。结果加入促成熟活化因子的各组BMDC上HVEM表达与对照组明显下调(P<0.05)。而加入免疫负性调节因子的BMDC上HVEM表达较对照组明显上调(P<0.05)。结论促成熟活化因子有下调BMDC上HVEM表达的作用,而免疫负性调节因子有上调BMDC上HVEM表达的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of murine myeloid dendritic cells (BMDC) costimulatory herpesvirus (HVEM) expression. Methods The mature DCs of LPS, TNF-α, 2A, 1c10 and IL-10 were added to BMDC of each group to observe the changes of HVEM expression on BM-DC. Results The expression of HVEM in each group of BMDC with maturation activation factor was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The expression of HVEM in BMDC with immune negative regulator was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Mature activating factor can down-regulate the expression of HVEM on BMDC, while down-regulation of immunomodulators can up-regulate the expression of HVEM on BMDC.
