本文用常规组织培养技术及差速贴壁分离法传代培养细胞,建立小白鼠心肌细胞系,经电镜观察得以证实.同时,对培养细胞的某些生物学特性作了初步观察.
In this paper, we use conventional tissue culture technique and differential adherent method to subculture cultured cells to establish mouse cardiomyocyte cell line, which can be confirmed by electron microscope observation.At the same time, some biological characteristics of cultured cells were preliminarily observed.
