在地区经济一体化研究中 ,学术界通常认为它是战后兴起的、促进地区经济发展的手段。本文认为 ,地区经济一体化是全球化冲击的应对战略 ,它具有维护国家安全与稳定的功能 ;它的理论基础是合作安全与多极博弈思想 ,它的发展机制主要有平等合作机制、自动加速机制和示范与战略反应机制 ;地区一体化有 5大发展趋势。本文最后探讨了中国在地区一体化发展中的应对战略。
In the study of regional economic integration, academics generally think it is a means of promoting economic development in the region after the war. This paper argues that regional economic integration is a coping strategy for the impact of globalization. It has the function of safeguarding national security and stability. Its theoretical basis is the idea of cooperative security and multi-polar gaming. Its development mechanism mainly includes equal cooperation mechanisms and automatic acceleration Mechanism and demonstration and strategic response mechanism; regional integration has five major trends. Finally, this article explores China’s coping strategy in the process of regional integration.
