摘 要:为探索外施ABA(脱落酸)对番木瓜幼苗抗寒性的影响,以“穗中红”番木瓜幼苗为材料,外施ABA,浓度分别为1、5、10、20 mg/L,清水为对照,4 ℃低温胁迫4 d后,每天观测番木瓜叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物歧化酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果显示,喷施外源ABA,番木瓜幼苗叶片中SOD、POD活性得以提高,并先上升后下降,MDA含量先下降后上升,和清水对照相比,差異达显著水平。以ABA浓度为5 mg/L处理番木瓜幼苗的抗寒性效果最佳。

Abstract:To explore the effect of spraying ABA on cold resistance of papaya, we used papaya variety “Suizhonghong” as material, and sprayed on it with different concentrations of abscisic acid (1, 5, 10, 20 mg/L, water as CK), respectively, then after cold stress at 4℃ for 4 days, daily observed the variation of the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD), and malonaldehyde (MDA) content in leaf. Results showed that after treatment with different concentrations of ABA, the SOD and POD activities in seedling leaf were significantly higher than that of CK, and increased firstly and then decreased; but the MDA content was significantly lower than that of CK, and decreased firstly and then increased. The treatment with 5mg/L ABA had the optimum chilling resistance effect.
