记者最近从市商检局获悉:本市贯彻实施《商检法》三年多来,扩大了进出口商品质量检验的覆盖面,由上海市商检局直接检验的进出口商品达217275批,平均年检验量比《商检法》实施前增长80%以上。在商检中,发现4723批总价值37485万元商品不符合出口要求;发现3938批价值达20亿美元进口商品不合格,占商检检验、复验总批数的19%,有关单位对外据理力争,已索赔3289万美元。
