通过对紫外-可见光分光光度计的光源偏振性进行系统测量,并开展了光源偏振性对水体黄色物质和颗粒物光谱吸收系数测量影响的实验研究,结果表明,紫外-可见光分光光度计光源具有显著的偏振性,但分光光度计光源偏振对水体黄色物质光谱吸收系数测量的影响可忽略不计,对水体颗粒物光谱吸收系数测量的影响也较小。
