一九四六年,以“社会贤达”而闻名海内的郭沫若,在南京拜访了周恩来同志,嗣后撰写了《梅园新村之行》一文。此文真实地记录了周恩来同志在南京期间跟国民党反动派进行斗争时的生活情景,并充分表现了周恩来同志肩负党的重托,为中国人民的解放事业鞠躬尽瘁的崇高襟怀和革命精神。“梅园”的主人周恩来同志高尚的精神品质,用郭沫若同志那形象的话语来说,就是文石的精神。他犹如雨花台的文石:宁静、明朗、坚实、无我。
In 1946 Guo Kuo-ruo, known in the country for his “celebrity”, visited Comrade Zhou Enlai in Nanjing and later wrote a paper entitled “Trip to Meiyuan New Village.” This article truly records the life scenario of Comrade Zhou Enlai when he struggled against the Kuomintang reactionaries during his stay in Nanjing. He fully demonstrated Comrade Zhou Enlai’s solemn commitment to the party and his spousey and revolutionary spirits for the liberation of the Chinese people. “Meiyuan ” owner Zhou Enlai noble spirit of character, with the image of Comrade Guo Moruo that words, it is the spirit of aragonite. He is like a stone of Yuhuatai: quiet, clear, solid, without me.
