每年春、秋两季是幼教工作者外出参观较多的季节。这对被参观的一些先进幼儿园来说,会造成很大的压力。有感于此,中国学前教育研究会理事长史慧中同志根据自己的亲身感受,以《幼儿园工作规程》的精神为指针,就如何提高参观的效益,如何避免负效应等问题,谈了一些想法和建议。希望史慧中同志的意见能引起大家的重视。
