又是北京西郊玉泉山,20年来议题覆盖面最广的一次“三中全会”文件起草任务告一段落。在一定范围内征求意见后,中央政治局25位成员决定将它递交11月9日召开的中共十八届三中全会。2013年11月9日,将提请会议讨论的文件名为《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》。就此观之,改革的广度和深度将胜于以往。7月23日,习近平在武汉谈到“全面深化改革需要深入调查研究的六方面重大问题”。
