村级党员干部的政治思想素质是农村组织建设的核心问题。改革10年来,我们针对党员干部的思想状况,坚持固本强源、综合治理的方针,从加强思想教育,优化整体环境入手,不断提高村级党员干部的思想政治素质。
The political and ideological qualities of village-level party members and cadres are the core issues in the construction of rural organizations. In the 10 years since the reform, in line with the ideological conditions of Party members and cadres, we have adhered to the principle of consolidating strong points while strengthening sources and comprehensively governing and started with strengthening ideological education and optimizing the overall environment so as to continuously raise the ideological and political qualifications of village Party members and cadres.
