目的了解某农村社区居民高血压的相关危险因素,为社区居民高血压的预防与控制提供科学依据。方法采用病例对照研究的方法,自制调查表,采用面对面的调查法,得出基础资料。采用单因素分析、非条件的Logistic回归分析进行分析。结果社区居民高血压主要危险因素是高年龄、家族史、过量饮酒、不定点定时的规律饮食、高盐摄入量、缺乏体育锻炼、睡眠时间不足等。排在前三位的危险因素依次是不定点定时的规律饮食、过量饮酒和高盐摄入量。结论高血压是多因素共同作用的结果,倡导健康的饮食结构和饮食习惯,养成良好的生活行为习惯,可降低高血压的发病率。
Objective To understand the risk factors of hypertension in a rural community and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of hypertension in community residents. Methods The method of case-control study, self-made questionnaire, the use of face-to-face survey, obtained the basic information. Univariate analysis, non-conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results The main risk factors for hypertension in community residents were high age, family history, excessive drinking, irregular diet, high salt intake, lack of physical exercise, insufficient sleep time and so on. The risk factors ranked in the top three are the regular diet with no fixed-point timing, excessive drinking and high salt intake. Conclusions Hypertension is the result of multi-factor cooperation. Advocating a healthy diet structure and eating habits and developing good lifestyle behavior can reduce the incidence of hypertension.
