党的八届六中全会“关于人民公社若干问题的决议”指出:“经济工作一定要愈作愈细致”。“无论在那一方面的生产和基本建设中都必须厉行节约,精打细算,尽可能合理地利用人力,物力和财力,降低成本,节约开支,增加收入,………。”因此正确解决农村人民公社农产品成本计算中若干基本问题。对于贯徹党的指示,促进公社的巩固和发展,具有极为重大的理论和实践意义。
