目的:营造安全、舒适、高效、整洁的工作环境,减少护理安全隐患。方法:培训护士,将“五常法”的理念贯穿到每一名护士,制定各重点部位标准、措施并实施五常法。结果:规范了病区环境管理、物品分类、定点放置、标识清楚、一目了然。全院护士自觉执行“五常法”管理,提升了团队协作精神,塑造了良好的医院形象,保证了护理安全。结论:“五常法”是规范病区环境最简便有效的方法之一。
Purpose: To create a safe, comfortable, efficient and tidy working environment to reduce the potential safety hazards. Methods: Nurses were trained to apply the concept of “five practices ” to every nurse and formulate the standards, measures and implementation of the five permanent methods in each key area. Results: Standardized ward environmental management, article classification, fixed-point placement, clear identification, at a glance. The hospital nurses conscientiously implement the “five practices ” management, enhance the teamwork spirit, shaping a good hospital image, to ensure the safety of nursing. Conclusion: The “Five Methods” is one of the most simple and effective ways to regulate ward environment.
