我院于2008-07/2009-10用甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变41例,收到一定效果,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料选择糖尿病合并周围神经病变者共41例。全部为我院住院患者,并符合以下条件:(1)根据ADA标准(1997)确诊为糖尿病(DM)患者,病程大于2 a;(2)有典型周围神经病变的临床表现
