21世纪的今天,合作已经取代竞争,成为信息社会的主导生存模式。教育是一项合作性事业,学校的发展需要合作,教师自身的发展也要在合作中得以实现。教育者是在与其他同行的交流、合作中彼此助益,共同实现自身专业提升的。教师专业的内在属性对从业者的合作意识与能力有较高要求。随着教师专业化理论的兴起和新一轮基础教育课程改革的实施,教师间的合作研究已成为备受教育界关注的焦点问题。教师间的合作专业发展是实现教师专业化发展的重要资源和途径。在合作中,教师才能获得专业发展和创新的持久动力,才能真正感受教育是一种幸福的职业。因此,创新挖掘教师合作形式,是每一个教师不可推卸的责任,其价值意义非同一般。那么,怎么创新挖掘教师合作形式,使教师合作更有效?
Today, in the 21st century, cooperation has replaced competition and has become the dominant survival mode in the information society. Education is a cooperative undertaking. The development of schools needs cooperation. Teachers’ own development must also be realized through cooperation. Educators are helping each other in their exchanges and cooperation with other counterparts to jointly achieve their own professional upgrading.
