在英明领袖华主席亲自主持下，中共中央召开了具有伟大历史意义的全国科学大会，迎来了我们民族历史上灿烂的科学的春天。大会发出了向科学技术现代化进军的号令；批判“四人帮”破坏科学技术的谬论，阐明了党在发展科学技术方面的路线、方针、政策和方法；制定了发展科学技术的规划，并且表彰了先进。在劳动保护方面受到表彰的，有“水力冲孔”等项优秀科技成果。现简介如下；
Under the wise leadership of Chairman Hua, the wise leader, the CPC Central Committee convened a national science conference with great historical significance and ushered in the brilliant spring of science in our national history. The assembly issued an order to march into the modernization of science and technology; criticized the fallacy of the “gang of four” in undermining science and technology, clarified the party’s line, principles, policies and methods in developing science and technology; formulated the plan for the development of science and technology and commended the advanced . Recognized in terms of labor protection, there are excellent scientific and technological achievements such as “hydraulic punching”. The brief introduction is as follows
