世上有些女人似乎生来就不知愁为何物。她们勤勉工作、操持家务、生儿商女。似乎随时随地过得很快活。当你打电话给她们时,从电话那端传来的总是洪亮清晰的语音、爽朗的笑声和那即使听不到看不见也能感受到的无穷活力。实际上她们在生活中遇到的问题和麻烦并不比别人少,区别在于对待问题的态度和方法不同。芝加哥城的伊利诺斯大学临床心理学副教授拉斯金博士为此拜访了几位被大家一致公认是乐天派的女士,并根据她们的经验总结出如何在快节奏的现代社会环境中战胜困难,保持轻松心态的经验。
Some women in the world seem to be born without worry. They diligently work, housework, business children. Seems to be happy anytime, anywhere. When you call them, what comes from the phone is always clear and loud voice, hearty laughter and the infinite energy that can be felt even if you can not hear it. Dr. Ruskin, an associate professor of clinical psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago, paid a visit to several ladies who were universally acknowledged to be Lotte factions.
