目的由遗传因素决定的某些药物在体内乙酰化代谢呈多型性,即快型和慢型之分。采取同样给药方案,人群间疗效和毒性差异很大。通过测定人群间乙酰化代谢分型,对给药方案个体化,使用药物安全有效,乃至指导新药设计都有重要意义。方法用失活指数法对新疆汉族、维吾尔族人群服用异烟肼作乙酰化代谢分型调查。结果共调查68例,其中汉族38例,慢型占18.4%,维吾尔族30例,慢型占50%,经X分析P<20.01。结论两者差异非常显著。对负值和中间值出现的原因进行探讨,在统计中和给药方案设计时提出自己的处理意见。
The purpose of certain factors determined by genetic factors acetylation in the body was polymorphic, that is, fast and slow type of points. Through the determination of acetylation metabolism between populations, individualized dosing regimens, the use of drugs safe and effective, and even guide the design of new drugs are of great significance. Methods Inactivation index method was used to investigate the genotyping of acetylation of isoniazid in Han and Uygur nationality in Xinjiang. Results A total of 68 cases were investigated, of which 38 were Han, 18.4% were chronic, 30 were Uygur, 50% were chronic, and analyzed by X-analysis (P <20.01). Conclusion The difference between the two is very significant. The reasons for the occurrence of negative and intermediate values are explored, and their own handling opinions are put forward in the design of statistics and dosing schemes.
