介绍新型带传动——弹性啮合与摩擦耦合带传动的结构、传动原理。在 PX- I型皮带传动试验机上 ,研究新型带传动的动力学性能 ,并与 O型 V带进行对比试验。结果表明 ,新型带传动的传动效率高于 O型普通 V带 ,有效拉力为 4 9N~ 98N时新型带传动效率稳定于 91 %~ 95% ;当预紧力达 2 2 .0 7N以上并且有效拉力在 0~ 1 0 7.0 8N范围内时 ,新型带传动的滑动系数稳定于 1 %~ 2 % ;当预紧力较小 ( 5.88N)时 ,新型带传动有效拉力达98N左右发生打滑 ;当达到临界预紧力值后新型带传动达到最大有效拉力 ,且保持相对稳定值 ;新型带传动的最大有效拉力明显大于 O型普通 V带的最大有效拉力。试验与理论研究结果一致。
Introducing the new belt drive - Elastic engagement and friction coupling with the transmission structure, transmission principle. On the PX-I belt drive test machine, the dynamic performance of the new belt drive was studied and compared with the O-shaped V belt. The results show that the transmission efficiency of the new belt transmission is higher than that of the O-type common V belt, and the transmission efficiency of the new belt is stable at 91% -95% when the effective tension is 49N-98N. When the pre-tension reaches more than 22.07N, The sliding coefficient of the new belt drive is stable at 1% ~ 2% when the tensile force is in the range of 0 ~ 10 7.0 8N. When the preload is small (5.88N), the effective pulling force of the new belt drive reaches about 98N. When the critical pretightening force is reached, the new type of belt drive reaches the maximum effective pulling force and maintains a relatively stable value. The maximum effective pulling force of the new type belt drive is obviously greater than the maximum effective pulling force of the O-type ordinary V belt. The experimental and theoretical findings are consistent.
