第三产程与产褥早期的失血,可以通过多种预防的方法使之减少。为了减少失血,已广泛应用垂体后叶激素(垂体素),它可单独使用,也可与能加强子宫神经-肌肉装置兴奋性的其他生物学与化学药品合并应用。垂体素主要用作皮下和肌肉注射,开始均应小量——0.2毫升;与脐带-胎盘血液或给血者的血液合用,效果较好。为减少第三产程及产褥早期的失血,我们提出与垂体素有同样效果的肌肉注射脐带-胎盘血液的方法。大家知道,由于形态学、生物化学及生物学的特征,胎盘血液已成为一种极有价值的生物学因子。这种血液含有多量的钾、磷和铜,此外,还有丰富的激素,如促性腺激素、卵泡激素、类肾上腺素等物质。作者的研究(1936年)资料证明,胎盘血液和血清含有大量的垂体后叶激素(垂体素)。我们据此而应用胎盘血液预防第三产程与产褥早期的失血,首先给那些预计
The third stage of labor and early puerperal blood loss, can be reduced by a variety of preventive methods. In order to reduce blood loss, pituitary hormone (pituitary hormone) has been widely used either singly or in combination with other biological and chemical agents that enhance the excitability of uterine nerve-muscle devices. Pituitary hormone is mainly used for subcutaneous and intramuscular injection, the beginning should be a small amount - 0.2 ml; and the umbilical cord - placental blood or blood donor blood, the better. To reduce the third stage of labor and early puerperal blood loss, we propose the same effect with pituitary injection of umbilical cord - placental blood method. As we all know, placental blood has become a valuable biological factor because of its morphological, biochemical and biological characteristics. This blood contains large amounts of potassium, phosphorus and copper, in addition, there are abundant hormones, such as gonadotropin, follicle-stimulating hormone, adrenaline and other substances. Authors’ research (1936) has shown that placental blood and serum contain a large amount of pituitary hormones (pituitary hormone). Based on this we use placental blood to prevent the third stage of labor and early puerperal blood loss, first of all to those who are expected
