本文提供一种测定硒镓银(AgGaSe_2)晶体取向的方法。它是基于用Bridgman方法生长的AgGaSe_2晶体表面气泡内的显露面对激光的反射来测量其取向。实验发现,这些显露面均属于{112}单形,而法线共有四个方向。因此,可以很方便地确定c轴。
This article provides a method of determining the orientation of AgGaSe_2 crystals. It is based on the Bridgman method grown AgGaSe 2 crystal surface within the bubble surface exposed laser reflection to measure its orientation. Experiments show that these appearances belong to the {112} single shape, and the normal has four directions. Therefore, it is easy to determine the c-axis.
