本文提供一种测定硒镓银（ＡｇＧａＳｅ＿２）晶体取向的方法。它是基于用Ｂｒｉｄｇｍａｎ方法生长的ＡｇＧａＳｅ＿２晶体表面气泡内的显露面对激光的反射来测量其取向。实验发现，这些显露面均属于｛１１２｝单形，而法线共有四个方向。因此，可以很方便地确定ｃ轴。
This article provides a method of determining the orientation of AgGaSe_2 crystals. It is based on the Bridgman method grown AgGaSe 2 crystal surface within the bubble surface exposed laser reflection to measure its orientation. Experiments show that these appearances belong to the {112} single shape, and the normal has four directions. Therefore, it is easy to determine the c-axis.
