目的观察低温等离子射频消融治疗早期声门型喉癌的临床疗效。方法对28例采用低温等离子射频消融治疗的早期声门型喉癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨其临床疗效。结果 28例患者术后随访6个月~1年,所有患者均未见肿瘤再生,术后无呼吸困难,声带活动好,可正常交流。结论低温等离子射频消融治疗早期声门型喉癌是一种安全、有效的治疗方法 ,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on early glottic laryngeal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with early glottic laryngeal cancer treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation were analyzed retrospectively to investigate the clinical effect. Results Twenty-eight patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year. No tumor recurrence was found in all patients. No postoperative dyspnea was found and vocal cord activity was good. Conclusion Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of early glottic laryngeal cancer is a safe and effective treatment and is worthy of clinical promotion.
