目的:探讨在消毒供应中心设立专项管理小组的价值。方法:自新标准颁布后,医院的消毒供应中心在原有的区域组织管理制基础上,实施专项管理,将原检查包装区域组和灭菌区域组合并成1个责任组,同时设立4个专项管理小组,分别为安全质量监控小组、培训与宣传小组、科研设备管理小组和后勤保障小组,实施项目管理。结果:建立专项管理小组实施项目管理后,质量控制、业务培训、教学、设备管理、科研和后勤保障等方面的管理效果较前有了明显改善。结论:优化消毒供应中心组织结构,运用项目管理方法,是提高消毒供应中心管理水平的有效途径。
Objective: To explore the value of setting up a special management team in the disinfection supply center. Methods: After the promulgation of the new standard, the disinfection and supply center of the hospital implemented the special management based on the original regional organization and management system, combined the original inspection and packing area group and the sterilization area into one responsibility group and set up 4 special items Management team, respectively, for the safety and quality control team, training and advocacy groups, research equipment management team and logistics support group, the implementation of project management. Results: After the establishment of a special management team to implement project management, the management effectiveness in terms of quality control, business training, teaching, equipment management, scientific research and logistics support has been significantly improved. Conclusion: Optimizing the organizational structure of disinfection supply center and using project management methods is an effective way to improve the management level of disinfection supply center.
