今年以来,各级党委、政府和化肥企业及农资部门做了大量工作,确保了我省化肥供应,较好地满足了农业生产的需要。入秋之后,化肥销售已进入淡季,认真做好淡储旺供工作是当前农资工作的一项重要任务。为确保明年化肥供应,稳定化肥市场价格,实现农业抗灾夺丰收,特作如下通知:
