刘××,男,28岁。工人,住院号4815。主诉右眼被铁丝钩伤后一小时,眼部出血、疼痛、复视。视力:右0.9,左1.5。右眼球结膜充血,内下方距角膜缘6mm球结膜呈弧形破裂,长约20mm,伴有眼球筋膜破裂。角膜透明,瞳孔及光反应正常,晶状体透明,眼底未见异常。眼位上斜,眼球向下运动不能,手术探查:下直肌附着点
