Objective To further investigate the cardiovascular and neurological effects of natural antioxidants Teapolyphenols (TP), the effects of TP on cardiac cardiac function in isolated rat hearts, inducible calcium currents in rat sympathetic cells and in mouse brain The impact of energy metabolism. Methods ① TP (1 mg / L) was added into the perfusate to compare the changes of cardiac function in isolated rat hearts before and after administration. ② The effect of TP on the inward current of Ca2 + in sympathetic neurons was observed by patch clamp whole cell recording ; ③ The 31P nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique was used to observe the changes of brain energy and substance in TP mice. Results ①TP significantly increased aortic flow, left ventricular systolic pressure and maximal ascending velocity in isolated working heart; ②TP significantly increased calcium inward current of sympathetic cells; ③TP could regulate the energy metabolism of mouse brain cells, especially markedly increased Phosphocreatine brain content. Conclusions The experiment further confirmed the cardiac effect of TP, which may be related to the activation of cellular calcium channels. In addition, TP contributes to the energy metabolism of brain cells.
