目的:点评分析我院门诊部处方不合理的使用情况,促使制定出一些使我院的临床用药更合理的措施。方法:选取我院2009年1月至2011年1月在对处方检测的过程当中所发现的80张不合理使用药物的处方,进行分析和研究。结果:在这80张处方中,主要存在以下几种不合理用药现象:1联合使用药物不当。2选用的药物错误。3用法和用量的错误。4重复性使用药物。结论:通过对门诊处方进行用药点评,可促使临床使用药物更加合理。
Aims: To analyze and analyze the unreasonable use of prescriptions in outpatient clinics in our hospital, prompting some measures to make our hospital’s clinical drug use more reasonable. Methods: From January 2009 to January 2011, our hospital selected 80 unreasonable drug prescriptions found in the course of prescription testing, and analyzed and studied. Results: Among the 80 prescriptions, there are mainly the following types of irrational drug use: 1 improper use of drugs in combination. 2 use of the wrong drugs. 3 usage and usage errors. 4 repeated use of drugs. CONCLUSIONS: The use of medicines in outpatient prescriptions can promote the rational use of medicines in clinical settings.
