目的探讨扩张型心肌病的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾分析79例扩张型心肌病的治疗方法,总结临床特点。结果住院期间,3例死亡,其余心功能明显缓解。结论在扩血管、利尿的基础上加用小剂量的洋地黄类药物、β-阻滞剂和ACEI是病人长期冶疗的主要措施。
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 79 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy treatment, clinical features. Results During the hospitalization, 3 patients died while other cardiac functions were relieved. Conclusions The small dose of digitalis drugs, β-blockers and ACEI are the main measures for long-term treatment of patients on the basis of vasodilation and diuretic.
