践行党的群众路线,是工会工作永恒的主题。如何在新的形势下,牢固树立群众观点,拓展工会干部的沟通能力,是摆在各级工会组织和工会干部面前的一项紧迫和重要的工作。笔者认为,应从主动谈心、联络感情、拓展渠道上下功夫。主动上门访谈,搭建经常性的沟通平台。职工之家不只限于要有一个像样的活动场所,更在于工会干部与职工之间心灵的拉近。不断拓展沟通功能,需要工会干部走出办公室,经常广泛接触群众,做到“知冷知热、知根知底、知长知短”。职工思想有波动,
Practicing the party’s mass line is the eternal theme of trade union work. How to firmly establish the mass viewpoint and expand the communication skills of trade union cadres under the new situation is an urgent and important task placed before trade union organizations and trade union cadres at all levels. In my opinion, should take the initiative to talk, contact feelings, expand channels to work hard. Take the initiative to come to interview, build a regular communication platform.
