随着社会的不断发展,微课由于具有教学时间较短,教学内容精简,容量较小的特点,逐渐应用到教育事业的方方面面。而微课在企业管理中也有着逐渐增多的使用频率,尤其在企业的培训管理中,应用十分广泛。本文探讨微课的特点,企业培训管理的现状,微课在企业管理中的应用,尤其是在培训管理中的应用和用微课进行企业培训管理中的建议等内容。在未来,微课在企业管理中的应用将会更加普遍,尤其在企业培训管理中的应用将会盛行。
With the continuous development of society, micro-class has gradually applied to all aspects of education because of its short teaching time, streamlined teaching content and small capacity.
