健身气功是以自身形体活动、呼吸吐纳、心里调节相结合为主要运动形式的民族传统体育项目。健身气功作为中华民族优秀的民族文化遗产,它的健身功效得到了一致的认可。但是目前国内关于健身气功的研究侧重于理论方面的研究,对于试验研究方面的内容较少,特别是关于健身气功对于人体生理指标的影响的实验性研究几乎还处于初始阶段。本文通过对大学生练习健身气功前后生理指标的变化情况对比研究,希望能给健身气功的健身效果做个客观的评价。
Health Qigong is based on its own physical activity, breathing Breath, the heart of the combination of regulation as the main form of traditional sports sports. As an outstanding national heritage of the Chinese nation, Health Qigong has received unanimous approval for its fitness function. However, at present, the domestic research on Health Qigong mainly focuses on the theoretical research, but less on the experimental research. In particular, the experimental research on the impact of Health Qigong on human physiological indicators is still at an initial stage. In this paper, through comparative study on the changes of physiological indexes before and after the students’ exercise of Health Qigong, we hope to make an objective evaluation of the fitness effect of Health Qigong.
