麝杏(Moschus)为哺乳类动物麝 Moschus moschi-ferus,L.香囊内的分泌物。自古作为名贵药材。本草经列为上品,李时珍曰:“麝之香气远射,故谓之麝”。其形似麝,故俗呼“香麝”。直到今天,麝香仍为治疗上的重要药材之一。笔者鉴于国产麝香在医药上用途颇广,经济上甚有价值,每年可产三千余斤,不仅销售全国各地,同时还大量输出国外。但因市场商品中常发现有伪充或掺假品,影响治疗及贸易,故将各地销产情况,采制方法,品质铿别等初步加以研究整理,以作介绍。
