目的:探讨桃红消肿止痛方外用促进包皮环套术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:将160例包皮环套术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗各80例,治疗组予桃红消肿止痛方浸泡创面,对照组不做任何治疗。观察两组创面的炎症反应(红肿程度、疼痛程度、血白细胞变化)情况与套环完全脱落及创面愈合时间。结果:治疗组在抑制炎症反应、改善疼痛红肿症状上明显优于对照组(P<0.01),且套环脱落及创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:桃红消肿止痛方对包皮环套术后创面有较好的抑制炎症与促进愈合的作用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of Taohong Xiaozhong Zhitong Recipe for external application of wound healing after circumcision. Methods: 160 cases of circumcision patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment of 80 cases, the treatment group to peach red swelling and painful side immersion wounds, the control group without any treatment. Inflammatory reaction (degree of redness, degree of pain, changes of blood leukocytes) and complete separation of the collar and wound healing time were observed in the two groups. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01) in inhibiting the inflammatory reaction and improving the pain and swelling symptoms. The cuff detachment and wound healing time were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Taohong Xiaozhong Zhitong Recipe has a better effect of inhibiting inflammation and promoting healing of wounds after circumcision.
