改进连杆螺栓孔的加工工艺,是提高连杆质量的关键问题。我厂加工某型柴油机连杆(见图1)螺栓孔挤压螺纹,对连杆螺纹底孔的要求如图2所示。连杆材料40Cr钢,调质处理硬度HB240~280。原工艺用连杆体、盖合一,在通用机床上分别钻、扩、铰两个螺纹底孔,扩螺栓过孔,倒角,再对连杆体上两个螺纹底孔分别进行两次攻丝。这种传统工艺很难保证螺纹的孔距公差、垂直度、螺纹精度和表面粗糙度。现改用连杆体、盖合一,在专用机床上同时用枪钻加
Improve the connecting rod bolt hole processing technology, is to improve the quality of connecting rod key issues.
