本文观察了用高能量Nd:YAG激光在消除室性心律失常病灶心肌组织时对心功能和血液动力学的影响。结果提示:1.激光在消除病灶心肌的过程中使室性心动过速时极度恶化的心功能明显改善;2.血液动力学状态的降低与实验次数、累积激光能量及光凝坏死区范围有密切的关系。
This article investigates the effects of high energy Nd: YAG laser on cardiac function and hemodynamics in the elimination of myocardial tissue from ventricular arrhythmia lesions. The results suggest that: 1. laser in the process of eliminating the lesion myocardial ventricular tachycardia significantly deteriorated heart function improved significantly; 2. hemodynamic status decreased and the number of experiments, the cumulative laser energy and photocoagulation necrosis range close relationship.
