高锰酸钾褪色分光光度法测定白藜芦醇

在pH=1.8~2.5的酸性介质中,高锰酸钾与白藜芦醇发生氧化还原反应,使高锰酸钾溶液褪色,最大褪色峰位于525 nm处.白藜芦醇在0~2.2×10-5mol/L的浓度范围内遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为3.27×104L/(mol.cm).方法快速、简便,具有较高的灵敏度,可用于某些天然药物中白藜芦醇的分光光度测定.

Under pH = 1.8 ~ 2.5, redox reaction between potassium permanganate and resveratrol led to discoloration of potassium permanganate solution and the maximum fading peak was located at 525 nm.Resveratrol was in the range of 0 ~ 2.2 × Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 10-5mol / L and the apparent molar absorptivity ε is 3.27 × 104L / (mol.cm). The method is rapid, simple and has high sensitivity and can be used in some natural medicines, Spectrophotometric determination of resorcinol.
