In 2012, the report of the 18th CPC National Congress clearly proposed that the building of a strong socialist culture should be promoted in a down-to-earth manner. To comprehensively build a well-off society and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must promote the great prosperity and development of the socialist culture. Archives, as a twin brother of culture, has been providing important support services for the great development and prosperity of culture.
